Stanley College’s courses in this field offer the most direct entry opportunities for those choosing to start careers in the wide range of enterprises in this industry, which is Australia’s second largest employer.

A generalist Certificate III in Community Services enables graduates to work in a wide range of roles including but not limited to Support Workers (Community Services), Community Care Worker, Client Contact, and Assistant Community Worker to support individuals and families in their own community. The support may include day-to-day assistance in client homes, social centres or in the implementation of community-based programs.

We also offer Certificate courses that allow graduates to work in the more specialized areas of individual support in aged care and disability services.

Any of these Certificate courses can form the pathway into a Diploma that allows specialization in Community Services case management.
