As a registered education provider, Stanley College is legally required to comply with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code 2018). This Code sets out the nationally consistent standards listed here, that ensure international students receive accurate information, appropriate support services, and fair treatment throughout their studies:

Marketing Information and Practices – Ensuring that the marketing of all its courses are accurate and not misleading.

Recruitment of Overseas Students – Providers must recruit responsibly by ensuring students are appropriately qualified and well informed for the course for which they seek enrolment.

Written Agreement (Offer Letter) – Providing clear written agreements detailing tuition fees, refund policies, and course expectations.

Education Agents – Requiring education agents to act ethically, honestly and in students' best interests.

Younger Overseas Students –Ensuring that students under 18 meet legislative or other regulatory requirements relating to child welfare and protection, have been provided with sufficient emergency contact information and suitable welfare arrangements have been made (where applicable).

Student Support Services – Offering orientation, academic assistance, and wellbeing support.

Student Transfers – Regulating the conditions under which students can transfer between providers.

Visa Requirements – Monitoring attendance and course progress ensuring compliance with enrolment and visa conditions outlined in students' visa.

Deferrals, Suspensions, and Cancellations – Outlining when and how enrolments may be deferred, suspended, or cancelled.

Complaints and Appeals – Ensuring students have access to fair and transparent complaints processes.
