Stanley College manages personal information through staff and systems based in Australia and the Philippines, where the institution maintains offices. Stanley College may transfer, manage and process personal information outside of Australia to fulfil the purpose for which the personal information as collected (or a related or ancillary purpose) and otherwise in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If the College discloses personal information to an overseas recipient without your consent, the College will take reasonable steps to ensure that this recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles or a similar applicable law with respect to that information
