Our West Perth Campus (Hay Street) is home to our purpose-built Hospitality and Commercial Cookery campus. On the ground floor, you'll find CU29 Restaurant and Bar, a fully functioning restaurant where Hospitality and Commercial Cookery students gain real-world experience serving actual customers while completing their practical training and assessment. Level One is dedicated to practical training, featuring a fully equipped commercial training kitchen and modern classrooms. The campus is designed to equip students with the skills and confidence to launch successful hospitality careers.
