My Tran has 15 years of experience working in the education sector as a lecturer and in a management position in both private and public institutions in Australia and Vietnam. Back in Vietnam, she worked at the Economic and Business Administration University where she was a lecturer, teaching a range of units in management and finance disciplines. She was also the coordinator of Joint Doctorate programs, which imported curricula from foreign universities in the US and the Philippines. In Australia, she worked at the Swinburne University of Technology for some time as a sessional lecturer, teaching Economics and Finance subjects. She then moved to work in Vocational Education and Training (VET) for some RTOs in Melbourne as a trainer, team leader and coordinator.

She joined Stanley College in March 2022 as the Deputy Academic Program Manager at our new Adelaide City Campus, where she was in charge of overseeing the Higher Education Business Degree. As the number of students grew, she was later appointed as the Associate Dean, managing all our undergraduate programs. In November 2024, the Master of Business was launched. She was appointed as the Academic Program Manager to manage this program and relocated her work to Perth.
