The demand for skilled health and aged care workers continues to rise nationwide. With Australia’s ageing population and increasing need for disability and individual support services, the sector is experiencing strong and sustained growth. Projections show that thousands of additional support workers will be required over the coming years, making health traineeships a reliable pathway to secure employment and long-term career opportunities.
