Nisha Kumari Ale, a Bachelor of Community Services student from Kathmandu, Nepal, has transformed her international experience at Stanley College into a valuable leadership journey. After arriving in Australia in 2022, she joined the Student Representatives Committee, where she now serves as the crucial link between management and the student body.
In this role, Nisha develops essential leadership and managerial skills while supporting fellow international students through their transition challenges.
