SIT20307 Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations)

Course Duration
This course is delivered over 26 weeks (including up to 6 weeks of holidays). Classes are rostered for 2½ days per week (20 hours per week).

  • SITXHRM001A Coach others in job skills
  • SITXCOM003A Deal with conflict situations
  • SITXFSA001A Implement food safety procedures
