SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality
Course Duration
This course is delivered over 12 weeks. Classes are rostered for 2½ days per week (20 hours per week).

Study Modes
The delivery methods for this course include:
- Face-to-face classroom-based learning.

- SITHFAB012B Prepare and serve espresso coffee
- SITHFAB020A Apply food and beverage skills in the workplace
- SITHFAB005A Provide table service of alcoholic beverages
- SITHFAB009A Provide responsible service of alcohol
- SITHFAB003A Serve food and beverage to customers
- SITXFIN001A Process financial transactions

Completion of Australian Year 10 or equivalent
Further Studies
