With the growing demand for health care professionals, gain the knowledge and skills to work in residential aged care settings, providing personal care to the elderly and assistance with daily activities. Learn about safety procedures and the legal and ethical framework required of this sector.
Pursue a career in the fast growing Health and Community Services industry. Learn about providing care and support to meet the emotional and physical needs of the elderly and people with disabilities. Understand dementia and provide help to enable the elderly to stay active in their communities.
Double Qualification:
CHC30208 Certificate III in Aged Care & CHC30308 Certificate III in Home and Community Care
Stanley College offers a double certification pathway. Students completing either of the Stanley College Health Certificate III courses above, can choose to complete 3 additional units to get qualified in both Certificate III in Aged Care & Certificate III in Home and Community Care.
