Be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for an entry-level career in an office environment. Learn about office procedures, business record-keeping and touch typing. Gain the skills to use a range of standard business software packages, including Word and Excel. Develop effective skills in communication and customer service.
Gain a foothold in the business world by developing specialised technical skills and knowledge necessary to work in a wide range of business environments. Develop skills in resources coordination, administration and communication. Learn to create business documents, presentation, databases and spreadsheets. Be trained in the processing of financial documents for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
