- BSBCUS401B Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies
- BSBMKG413A Promote products and services
- BSBSMB405B Monitor and manage small business operations
- BSBSMB407A Manage a small team
- BSBSMB408B Manage personal, family, cultural and business obligations
